The slightly so smoked grey sets off the retro silver rims and holds your attention. The original Dorothy Thorpe glasses featured a thick rim of silver- true silver. These have the much easier to clean and maintain yet still showstopping silver foil on both the inside and outside - which means that the few points where the foil has come off is hidden- and shall remain so. Check the pictures carefully, but good luck finding it. Between the reflection on the foil and the silver hiding it, these are definitely on our side! less
