The chairs are wheeled and roll smoothly, each chair has armrests. The chairs are solid and well made, the fabric does have quite a few stains and will need some conditioning. We have made no attempt to remove any stains from the fabric. Please take a look at our close up images, each chair has some staining to the seating area on both sides.
