Original surveyor floor lamp from the early 20th Century with a brass lamp from 1950. The oak surveyor with brass parts still has an original tool bag with content. The lamp with brass shade from 1950 fits well with the surveyor.
The floor lamp is in working order and nicely weathered.
The surveyor is made by CTS. Cooke, Troughton & Simms was a British instrument-making firm formed in York in 1922 by the merger of T. Cooke & Sons and Troughton & Simms.
