Condition is consistent with age and use, but broadly in excellent condition. The leather has numerous minor scratches and a small handful of darker stains (and one small white on, see photo). All can be easily cleaned up with a good leather polishing, but the leather is of such high quality I did not want to attempt it myself out of fear of damage. A buyer can do it themself, or have a professional clean it which will make appear brand new. It is absolutely worth it. If I did not have pets in my home I would keep it myself.
