Georges Albert Fustier born in Geneva in 1892 and died in Geneva in 1982.
He received training at the School of Industrial Arts, then in Paris in the decoration workshops of Karbouki, then Fleury and Saint Aubin.
Georges Albert worked with Léon Bakst for the Ballets Russes (around 1911-1913).
He returned to Geneva in 1914 where he pursued a career as a theater decorator, costume designer and clothing designer, poster designer and glass painter (stained glass window of the temple of Saint-Gervais in Geneva, 1942). Author of the sets for “La nique à Satan” by Albert Rudhardt (1932-1933).
A member of the Œuvre and the Palette carougeoise (since 1962), he participates in exhibitions organized by these associations. He appeared in the Palette Carougeoise exhibition in 1983 posthumously.
He received the City of Carouge Prize in 1964. Original frame
