The South Tyrolean architect and designer studied at the universities of Milan and Florence. In 1967 he founded his own design office. The focus of his work is product design. He has designed products for many well-known companies such as Gunther Lambert, Rosenthal and UPGroup. In the 1960s, Danilo Silvestrin also joined the art group "Zero" and worked closely with the artists Günther Uecker and Heinz Mack, among others. Silvestrin designed the side table "Zet - Homage à Rietveld" in 1983 for the Rosenthal furnishing studio. The table is made of wood, painted gray and red. Black plastic edge band.
