The table is a very substantial piece with lots of character with double ram heads and a thick slab top. The console is one solid piece and does not come apart.
The finish has a very subtle marble like faux painted finish on it. The faux finish is a very nice job and very faint.
The table is very heavy but not immobile.

I have a matching octagonal wall mirror in another listing if you would like a complete set. The mirror does not come with the console table. less
