It is an iconic image which was created by the famous posterist, AM Cassandre. The “Dubonnet man” has become a classic image, recognizable worldwide. Cassandre is known for his strong architectural graphic designs. He was influenced by Cubism and Art Deco styling.. He also utilized strong typographic elements in his designs and created new typefaces, the most famous of which was the YSL logo for Yves Saint Laurent.
