Condition notes:
The original buttery upholstery is strong with plenty of life remaining. There is a visible spot on the seat cushion. We have not attempted cleaning and cannot guarantee it can be removed. The seat cushion upholstery has a zipper for removal of fabric cover if cleaning is desired versus reupholstery. Priced accordingly.
