The central motifs are scallop shells followed by leaves with a gadrooned style border. The central plateau reserved for meat is flanked by two generously sized wells traditionally used for potatoes and vegetables.
The Sheridan hallmark stamped on the underside is an “S” flanked by a crown and a shield.
