Here is an outstanding dining table made by Drexel in 1963, and designed by Stewart MacDougall and Kipp Stewart. It is part of the Declaration line, that features beautiful American craftsmanship and mid-century design. The table is walnut with a walnut veneer top and solid walnut legs. The wood grain is gorgeous! The dining table has a lovely rectangular shape with subtle curve on each end and rounded corners. There are two leaves, each is 22". I purchased this from the granddaughter who told me stories of family gatherings and Grandma's repeated fretting over the table top - incredibly, she was able to preserve the beauty of top! Grandpa had covers made for the top and leaves, and these will be included. The only small blemishes are on one of the leaves - shown in the 9th and 10th photos.
