A pair of wonderful Scottish circa 1881 heavy wooden lawn bowling or bowls balls, each with two sterling silver plaques, one engraved for the 1881 tournament in Helensburgh, Scotland, and the other engraved with the number 1 or 2! In excellent condition, the balls show some age and use, since they were used in the winning game, but no major cracks or damage. There is a lovely antique patina to the wood.
