Dating to 1900, this solid walnut server features an architectural design. Corbel carvings flank spindles across the top and are complemented by barrel-vault carvings at the center. A splashy red marble top is shot through with veins of cream and gray. Classic, urn-style columns support the upper portion of the server, while open shelves below offer plenty of room to display your antique china or even family photos. An upper shelf offers even more display area, while a pair of ornately carved drawers provide a place to tuck away napkins or candles. At over 6 feet tall and nearly 4 feet wide, this antique French server in walnut and red marble will make a handsome addition to your home! Overall Condition is Used - Good. Shows normal wear to the finish and miscellaneous nicks, dings, and scratches due to age and use. There are non-active wood worm holes on the left side and stains on the shelf. The back corner of the bottom left column is missing, but could be restored prior to shipping, if desired. There is a slight warp to the top piece due to the hand-crafted nature of the piece.
