American Sweetheart Depression glass, produced by Macbeth-Evans Glass Company from 1930 - 1936 during the Great Depression, is a delicate and intricately designed collectible prized for its rarity and historical significance.
This R-pattern set contains: 7 dinner plates (10" diameter); 7 salad plates (8" diameter); 7 bread and butter plates (6" diameter), 7 small bowls (6" diameter) and 2 serving pieces - 1 round large serving plate (10.75" diameter) and 1 oval serving platter 13.25" x 10").
The pattern is an intricate lace design with fluted edges and the opalescent white has blue undertones when held up to the light. In wonderful condition. No chips or scratches.
