This gorgeous chandelier was imported from France. Originally it was an oil lamp but has been wired to meet all USA standards, leaving all the original parts. This large chandelier is brass with a fantastic bestiary theme. There are three winged chimeras/dragons each supporting three candlestick holders and bobeches. The large French blue globe and flame protective cover is in excellent condition. There are so many details on this chandelier from the bottom ring to the canopy on top. The three chains have beautiful cutouts. There are 10 lights in total with 9 lights on the candlesticks and 1 light in the center. This chandelier was purchased and the kitchen was built around it.
