Has both the glass liners there. The cast frame is of hi-polished brass with either Lions or Panthers on the 4 corners . The base plate is solid Copper and with detailed designs . Found NO makers marks or signature. Good size at 12" long and 7 1/2" wide . Height is at 4 1/2" . Have never seen this one in 30 years . It,s from a private collection of Art Nouveau dealer .
