This is for a pair that I purchased at an auction. They are slightly different, but I was assured that both come from the Pierre Sala Furniture line. Possible rare variant?? In addition, I had them appraised online and was told the following: "Pierre Sala's ( France ) pencil-themed furniture line from the 1980s made for Pierre Sala Furniture".
Both of them are in very good condition with a few wear marks/scratches, but nothing that detracts too much from their eye appeal (note pictures). One still has an original government required warning label on the bottom (these warning labels were required due to an Act enabled in 1979).
I tend to come across some very hard to find items in nice condition, and this is one of my best picks yet. These whimsically designed multicolor coat racks stand at approximately 4 feet in height. Perfect for a great conversation piece in any room. These will ship disassembled, but they are very easy to reassemble, and I will be happy to provide instructions if needed.
