This is a restored / renovated and shellac hand-polished Biedermeier writing chest of drawers / secretary, which was made in a particularly attractive and practical way. Softwood body in walnut veneer, 4 continuous veneered drawers with original brass fittings and beautiful, continuous veneer pattern. Rounded pilaster strips. Top panel of the chest of drawers with round profile pattern on the top. The Biedermeier chest of drawers rests on a base-like structure which merges into feet.
