Vase culture in Cizhou ceramics, dating from the 19th century following models from the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). Ovoid shape, narrow neck. Beige base color with brown calligraphic decorations made with a brush. Crackled enamel as a result of the passage of time. Small marks on the base and neck of the piece are signs of age that give the work even more character and make it unique.

Cizhou pottery is a type of Chinese pottery produced in the northern region of the country during the Song, Jin, Yuan and Ming dynasties. It is known for its simple and rustic style, typically made in ocher, beige and brown colors of thick ceramic. It is usually decorated with geometric, calligraphic patterns or human and animal figures. Its use was mainly everyday, with some specific ceremonial purposes. It is considered one of the most important types of traditional Chinese ceramics and representative of the cultural heritage of the Asian giant.
