The table base measures 28.25 inches in diameter and height and is topped with a thick pane of round glass measuring 60 inches in diameter. The bronze base has a basket or drum form with slats. The slats are conjoined on top and bottom with round, thick reeded hoops. The bronze has a desirable aged patina with verdigris on the slats or staves. Very heavy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. From an estate in the Napa Valley, CA.
