William Skilling (1862-1964)
A California artist known for portrait and landscape painting, he served in World War I and then settled in San Francisco where he died on April 8, 1964. He also did copies of work by artists including Edward Hicks, Parson Fisher and Giuseppe Arcimboldo. less
