Rainy Night No. 171 by Bertha Boynton Lum. Signed and numbered in artist hand circa 1905.
The outside measurements of the frame it is in are 17.5" x 15.5". It appears to have been in this frame for many decades, but the frame is unbroken and only shows normal wear with age to it. The frame does have glass. The condition of the print appears to be in good condition, with only minor fading and/or signs of aging.
This is a one-of-a-kind piece!
