Made in Japan, as it is marked on the underside. I don't know the maker or the date it was made, but I would guess somewhere around the early 1970s. It is exceptionally well made with no dents or defects. There are a few very light scratches, nothing serious, that do not affect the overall look or beauty of the candle holder. I have purposely not polished it and will leave that up to the buyer.

The holder stands 18 in tall with a 5 1/2" base. The weight is over 2 lbs. This stick screws apart in 3 separate pieces... Those enthusiasts of all things brass will covet this candlestick; as it will display beautifully, and be admired endlessly. Wherever it is placed, it is for certain that it will immediately capture the center of attention. less
