The wall box is made of wood and nicely gilded and patinated plywood. Self-adhesive floral ribbons decorate the sliding doors. Its minimalist and essential design anchors it in the early 1950s. Traces of oxidation are visible on the tea towel clips and traces of use are present on the wood, visible in the photo. The whole thing is fixed to the wall at 2 points provided on the back of the furniture.
