The ladder uprights are made of metal with a square section. They allow you to adapt the height of the shelves while providing great energy. The Italian shelf is old and dates from the 60s. The box with hinged doors and the shelves are in teak and teak veneer. The ladder uprights are made of black metal and allow you to vary the height of the shelves. The stabilizing crosspieces are accordion-shaped and add graphics to the elegant lines of the library. Some small traces of use are visible in the photo. The whole thing is stable, of very good quality and in very good condition.
