Absolutely mint condition over 125 yeas old antique a d by the artist ( guaranteed) , truly a museum piece indeed. Rich raised 24k gold and enameled decorated body with an artistically applied handle and subtle pedestal base signed in red underneath (see images) . Sits perfectly straight and balanced with correct weight and a great feel when you hold it . Note : art glass objects of vertu from the 19th century were very rarely signed and very select special examples such as this museum jug were created by the artist due to the extreme difficulty and the amount of time it took to paint such detailed enamel and gold decoration. less
