This listing is for a stunning two-piece Tressemann & Vogt Limoges pedestal punch bowl, beautifully decorated with a scattered floral design on a white and green background with gold accents. The marks shown date from circa 1907 to 1919, including the green rectangular underglaze T&V mark and a red bell overglaze decorating mark. Tressemann and Vogt, often abbreviated as T&V, was a renowned porcelain manufacturing company located in Limoges, France. The company was founded in 1891 by Theodore (Théodore) Tressemann and his business partner, Jules Vogt. They specialized in producing fine, hand-painted porcelain dinnerware, decorative items, and fine china.
SIZE: Overall height of 9”. The bowl is 14” in diameter.
CONDITION: In good antique condition with no chips or cracks. I see no signs of repairs. There is some fading to the gold around the bowl and some manufacturing paint spots. Please look at all the pictures as they are part of my description. less
