It is a spectacular piece, a rare object - Possibly it is unique, or it is very rare In any case, it is not common
The figurara consists of a round ball of carved alabaster and hollow inside, where there is a light bulb that illuminates the interior. The ball is held on three bronze legs and an eagle with open wings sits on the ball. It is a figure with perfect features and finish, giving the figure a great naturalness.
The function of this piece is not to illuminate, it is rather an illuminated sculpture.
