We recommend the fabric and foam be replaced/reupholstered due to dry rot on both. The wood frame has scratches, scuffs, and dents. The wooded piece of the frame that runs along the front of the sofa has come unattached on the right side and needs reattached (see photos). Sofa also smells some.
