Each drawer and door is adorned with hand-painted floral motifs. The drawers are painted with curvy red outlines nicely framing the discreet flowers, while the doors, featuring a more linear framework, have received the addition of a green color. The brass hardware is typical of the Chinese tradition. Made in the early 1900s, this buffet was produced in the North-Center province of China, called Gansu. Its beautiful finish and aged patina, combined with the delicacy of the hand-painted motifs as well as ample storage possibilities, would make this antique Chinese sideboard a wonderful addition to any living room or dining room.
