Lying in repose and calmly observing the world, the carving circa 1890s, American Bell Epoque, by comparable figures a Saloon maiden or Theater spirit. Carved in pine with a shallow wooden plinth, ( see detailed photos of the underside.) Very good condition, and solidly built from the inside out. Note loss to one foot at the toes. The measurements are 43" long, 24" tall, and 16" deep. Approx. weight 48lbs. Large impressive classical Figure for great rooms. See less
