I’m moving and will not have space for this lovely bench. I purchased this handcrafted one-of-a-kind item at a craft fair in NYC. The maker was super nice and had many other lovely items. I used this bench in the bedroom as a place to put my bed pillows at night so it’s in its original condition. I always wanted to permanently add pillows to it and make it more of a sofa piece. The sloped arms are wonderful for laying back and reading. This piece is handmade of wood and either bamboo or cane. It is super sturdy and can hold a lot of weight. It sits evenly and does not wobble. Truly unique!
