The vase has a rare, very old Taotie Dragon, pomegranate, leaf & flower motif with a raised ribbon around the neck. This spectacular vase is baluster in form with ribbed sides & and a flared swirl top opening. The craftsmanship of this unique piece dates back to the Qing Dynasty, (Kangxi period 1662-1722 with its double ring mark on bottom), making it a rare and valuable addition to any collection. The vase's primary material is porcelain, and it originated from China. Its age is early 1700’s and it is an antique original. This vase would make an excellent addition to any Asian antiques collection, and it is perfect for display as a decorative piece.
