Swing arm for holding up hinged leafs, 23.25" from floor to bottom of apron, enough leg room for sitting (depending on chair). Top has a scrubbed look, legs are the darker original finish. Sturdy and usable, much overall surface wear, not much finish left, legs are banged up from years of use, holes in bottom of legs are for castors. Dimensions are with leafs up, top is 22.5" deep with leafs down. less
