Condition consistent with age and lite use. There are minor dings, dents, scratches, finish loss, mostly on the upper surface. The gate opening does not work smoothly due to some warping of the connecting metal plates, but that is easily fixable with a screwdriver to relocating them a touch further toward the edge to create extra space.
