This Vase has incredible style; it features a magnificent double handled and footed silhouette, a brilliant color palette, and excellent hand painted details of flowers decorating the vase. There is also a lovely motif of a peacock on the top center of the vase. There are spots of raised texture all over the vase; they are particularly pronounced on the top and bottom motifs of the vase, see pictures. The piece is stamped on the bottom Royal Nishiki Nippon, see pictures. This is a wonderfully unique vase with plenty of style and charm. Please see photos of the measurements for size/scale, the vase is approximately 12 tall. There is a hairline crack on one side of the rim, see pictures. There are small flea bites/nicks on the Vase, and the front of the piece has a small group of very shallow chips, see pictures. There are some imperfections on the design of the vase due to its hand painted nature, see pictures. The condition of this Vase is secure and sturdy, there are some aging imperfections/scratches here and there due to its age and as part of its wear and tear, see pictures. less
