A detailed early 19th century plan of milan tua, antonio. Pianta della città di milano 1840. Milan: ferdinando artaria & son, 1840. Dissected and laid on linen, as issued, 500 x 580mm, folded onto the original oublisher's slipcase with title label. A well engraved town plan of milan, engraved by gaspare cagnoni, with an extensive key and an inset view of the duomo. Despite being first published in 1817 there are no obvious updates to the mapping. A fine example. this piece has an attribution mark,
