It features beautifully book-matched burled walnut veneer, and an original fossilized black marble top. There is a large "hidden" drawer concealed in the cornice (just below the marble top).

Below, three additional drawers constructed from French oak with hand-dovetailed joinery, offer plenty of storage. This lovely chest of drawers would be a statement-making piece in an entryway, and would be equally graceful in a dining room as a buffet or sideboard, with ample drawer space for storing dishes. The commode comes with an original skeleton key.
