An antique circa late 1800s English textured porcelain/china match striker with a newer hand punched & engraved rim and cartouche set with turquoise stones. What a lovely and unique piece! The metal cartouche and rim appear to either be tin or pewter. No makers or quality marks. In excellent condition, no breakage or damage.
