This piece is in nice overall cosmetic condition and looks very good from all angles. It is solid, with little … more This piece is in nice overall cosmetic condition and looks very good from all angles. It is solid, with little age deterioration to be found. It has properly functioning doors, and it sits level on the floor. When we acquired this wardrobe, it could be seen that it was already in very good shape, but a little attention was given to it to spruce things up a bit. The hand painted knobs were redone and the very minimal chipping of the laminate on some edges was stained to help these areas blend in. Top to bottom: The top surface looks about right for the age, with some slight discoloration in spots and very small chipping on the back edge (all basically invisible when it is against a wall). The rest is fine, with no damage to be found. The entire front including the doors is in fine shape with very few blemishes to be found, and the finish looks good. There is a little chipping on the edges of the doors, and a light blended in scratch on the right one, otherwise all looks very good. The interior of the doors and cabinet all look very good with no damage or excessive wear, and the hardware pieces are corrosion free and function properly. The only area found to point out is the clothes hanging dowel and the "ceiling" above it. They are marked up from the clothes hangers, and the dowel sags some. The outside, sides of the wardrobe are very good. Aside from a small wall paint mark and a little tape on the right side that we didn't dare remove, all is in fine condition. The backside is also in very good shape with no issues, and the original tag is still attached. The bottom is the same with no water damage or other deterioration found.
