Very good pre-owned condition. Top tilts and closes nicely, in square and good hinges. Solid, tight frame with no wobble or play, legs are sturdy. The wood finish is generally quite nice, even and clean appearance overall. Mild and expected bumps, bruises, small scratches or wear, minor corner and edge wear. No chips, no cracks, no splits, no loss, no peeling or flaking, no water damage, no deep scratches, no repairs. Some foot scuffs and finish wear around the bottom of legs.
