Upholstery is soiled with minor stains but the chairs adisplay well and can certainly be used
as-is.
Mahogany bases/legs are in pristine, newly refinished condition so if you decided to reupholster the seats, you’d have pretty much a pair of showroom-condition designer chairs:)
