Belonging to a goldsmith, the small bench dates back to the first half of the 20th century and has been used up to the present day
It was covered in a shiny blue enamel, under which there was still its original paint which has been recovered, cleaned and restored! Obviously it was already ruined and was missing in several parts of the furniture (which is why it was repainted with blue enamel)
The wooden edge on the shelf on the right side was also missing and was rebuilt and aged to be able to integrate it with the furniture.
On the edge there is, and so we have left, space for the vice
The naturally oxidized vents were simply cleaned to retain their time-worn charm
The 8 side drawers and the central drawer have been checked to ensure their smoothness
We eliminated the backrest in the middle of the central compartment because it was applied later, making it lighter, among other things
Due to its small size it can be placed in any home\. in an entrance, in a study or in any room
