Exquisite pair of elegant swan andirons from the early 20th century by Bennett Co. They are inspired by Paul Poiret’s designs featuring a bold artistic aesthetic with a nod to Art Deco influences reflective of the period. The heavy brass swans have beautiful detail and a wonderful patina that only comes from age. They are supported by solid iron counterbalances each marked 'Bennett.' They were acquired from the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Miami. A wonderful addition to your hearth and home.
Swans measure 6-1/2" wide x 3" deep x 14-1/2" high with a 17" iron counterbalance. less
