An awesome item that could be used multiple ways, as a tray, a covered box, a serving piece with the compartments. So versatile in design. It features a lidded top, a compartment that can be removed and a bottom tray. All red and black lacquer with a gorgeous floral motif. Measures a large 12" across and 1.75" deep. The inside removable tray has five separate compartments. This item is in excellent condition. Stamped on bottom, "Made in Japan"
