It was designed in the 1950s and was part of a mid century modern decorated home with the first and only owner. It has been restored showing its tuxedo buttoned back and double flat seat cushions. It's been fully restored with new cushioning, new off-white upholstery, refinished walnut and polished brass legs. The back legs are wood and recessed so you can't see them. Looking at the sofa directly it is stunning; the arms are cut so exquisitely when you look carefully you can see they have a triple angle. Gorgeous front, sides and back, can float in a room. One tiny spot on one cushion on the reverse side not visible. less
