With a hawk or falcon bird of prey crest to the handle.
Struck twice "T.S." for Thomas Shields of Philadelphia.

It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition. There is some light edge wear, some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age. There is some wear to the slightly off-round tip of the bowl.
