Rhiannon Salisbury is a London-based artist whose work critically engages with luxury brand advertising imagery from fashion and lifestyle magazines. Utilizing bright colors and thick, luscious textures, she explores contemporary beauty standards and the idealization of female adolescence. Her pieces often feature endangered animals as accessories, with their fierce prints echoed in the textiles she portrays.

Described by GQ Magazine as creating "the most jaw-dropping works of art" at the Chelsea College of Arts end-of-year show, Salisbury redefines the boundaries of portraiture. Her work illuminates the vibrant, incandescent figures that populate the modern urban landscape.
