It is in overall fair, as-pictured, used estate condition.

Condition Details:
There are some losses and chipping in the blue enamel to the buckle links, and some noticeable scratches to the silver here and there. Otherwise, there is some light edge wear, some fine and light surface scratches, and other signs of light wear consistent with age.
