A good looking French desk with a molded top below which are two deep drawers for ample storage. In between the drawers is a knee hole opening giving plenty of room to put ones legs under. Standing on square tapering cabriole legs. Interestingly, on the left side there is a pull out shelf for extra surface space. The sides and back have decorative raised panels so it would look good on all sides floating in a room. The desk is in very good condition with sturdy peg construction and a great warm color and patina. The top has some old surface blemishes. There is also a custom made perfectly fitting glass top if needed. Recently waxed and polished. less
